David J. Novak

David founded United Force as a spinoff from his success with Inventis Group LLC, a company founded in 2006 and focused on the development and deployment of technology commercialization programs. David has developed, deployed and validated technology commercialization programs for Government, Industry, and Universities. His Air Force programs, designed to seamlessly integrate venture capital with government R&D investments, have been recognized throughout the Air Force Chain of Command and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP). He has also served the National Science Foundation through its annual conferences in several capacities including screener, mentor and speaker. Overall, he has advised several dozen companies in every stage of development, including one company that was acquired by Intuit and a second that was acquired by Raytheon. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Finance from the University of Florida and a JD from Albany Law School/Union University (admitted in NY & FL).
Christopher Teachout

Christopher has over eleven years of public equity investing experience at Wellington Management Company, LLC and Federated Investors. He has built an exceptional track record investing in public equities for mutual funds with cumulative AUM of nearly $30 billion. His expertise is in the Energy, Materials, and Healthcare industries; however, he has analyzed and invested in companies in a number of additional industries including, but not limited to, Utilities, Technology, Transportation, and Engineering & Construction. Recently, he has focused more on the development and growth of emerging technologies and startups in such areas as consumer goods, healthcare and software/hardware. Chris earned a BS in Finance, cum laude, from Villanova University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Kamil Agi

Dr. Agi provides consulting, advisory and commercialization expertise to organizations including DARPA, MIT, STANFORD, UNM and NSF. He is a founding member of the Peace Engineering Consortium and speaks globally as a recognized thought leader on pollution monitoring, industry 4.0 and next-generation IoT. As CEO of SensorComm, his team has developed smart IoT solutions including the Wi-NOx™ mobile pollution monitoring system and Data-Centric Care™ for COVID-19 and beyond. Kamil’s focus is in applications that deploy significant technology to extract, analyze and transform unique data signatures into real-time intelligence. Kamil is a Principal Investigator and a regular reviewer for the National Science Foundation (NSF) Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University (NYU-Poly), his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and an MBA from the Berkeley-Columbia Executive MBA Program.

Fredrik Synnerstad

Fredrik served as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. for many years, but most recently founded Citadel SA where he is involved in global financial transactions and high technology. He is a serial entrepreneur with a particular focus in Russia, Sub Saharan Africa & the Middle East where he has led over fifty transactions (50-2500 MEUR) and managed 300 MUSD in the Sub-Saharan region averaging 50% ROI. He has also founded and successfully exited five companies in Europe, including a very successful hedge fund and private equity fund. Fredrik holds a Master of Science from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Juris Doctorate from Stockholm University.
